Meet Jake
Jake is a co-founder of In Step Supports with seven years in the sector and lived experience as a family carer.
Jake knows firsthand what it feels like to navigate the NDIS, and that experience fundamentally shapes how he leads and supports our team.
Creative, grounded, and genuinely invested in people, Jake brings both the expertise and the heart this work demands.
Outside of work you will find him on his motorbike, at the beach, or coffee in hand with the people he cares about most.
His warm nature, light hearted humour, and seriously good coffee skills are a big part of what makes him great at what he does.

Meet Eddy
